TDC Performance — Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in every part you order. If something isn't right, contact us first and we'll work to make it right.
General returns
You may return any unused, uninstalled part in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us at tdcdiesel@hotmail.com before sending anything back — all returns require a return authorization from us first.
Final sale items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Electrical and electronic components, including tuners and programmers, are final sale once they have been opened, installed, or used.
- Any part that has been installed, run, or modified is not returnable.
- Built-to-order parts manufactured to your specific engine make, model, or specifications are final sale, unless the item arrives defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Defective or incorrect items
If your part arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please report it to us within 14 days of receiving it. TDC Performance will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of TDC Performance receiving the return.
