PDI Big Boss Performance Parts

TDC Truck and Diesel supplies and installs genuine PDI Big Boss performance parts for heavy-duty diesel engines. From turbochargers and exhaust manifolds to programmers, cylinder heads, and in-frame overhaul kits, we help you get more power, better efficiency, and long-lasting durability out of your CAT, Cummins, Detroit, and PACCAR engines.

Manifolds

PDI Big Boss exhaust manifolds are built to improve exhaust flow and withstand extreme heat and vibration. Ceramic-coated options are available for select applications. A free-flowing manifold helps your turbo spool faster and supports higher horsepower builds.

Turbos

PDI Big Boss turbochargers — including Stage 1, Stage 2, and compound turbo kits — are engineered for increased boost, improved throttle response, and reliable performance under load. Whether you need a drop-in replacement or a full performance upgrade, we will match the right turbo to your engine and horsepower goals.

Programmers

PDI Big Boss performance programmers (tuners) unlock additional horsepower and torque with calibrations developed specifically for your engine. Browse our PDI Tuners collection to find the programmer for your application.

Overhaul & In-Frame Kits

PDI Big Boss in-frame overhaul kits include the pistons, liners, bearings, gaskets, and hardware needed for a complete engine rebuild. Built for high-horsepower and long-haul durability, these kits are a solid foundation for any performance build or major overhaul.

Fitment Verification

Diesel engines vary by year, model, and serial number. To make sure you get the right parts the first time, we verify fitment against your engine serial number (ESN) before every order.

Professional Installation Available

All PDI Big Boss parts are available for professional installation at both of our shops.
